  1. Product Availability & Pricing – All products listed on Bags Hub are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue items, or modify product details at any time without prior notice.
  2. Orders & Payments – Orders are processed only after full payment is received. We accept M-Pesa and other approved payment methods. Bags Hub is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions due to third-party payment providers.
  3. Shipping & Delivery – We strive to deliver orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and courier services. Bags Hub is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or transport disruptions.
  4. Returns & Exchanges – Customers can return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, provided the bag is unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Refunds are issued as store credit or an exchange. Customized or discounted items are non-refundable.
  5. Liability & Warranty – While we ensure quality, Bags Hub is not liable for any indirect damages, misuse, or personal loss caused by our products. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear.
